Notes to keep in mind before the clean:

• This unit has two units that may be sold separately - CCU is Chateau Cona Upper and CCL is Chateau Cona Lower.

• Bunk beds are made at this unit. The trundle bed in the top front room is made in the upper unit but the trundle in the bunk room is not made. All bedding folded in the case in the closet.

• If the housekeeping app indicates pets or pack-and-play were requested, spend extra time vacuuming, dusting, checking decks and premises surroundings for dog poop to clean up, and open up the pack and plays to ensure they were cleaned before they were stowed by the guest.

• Linen closet is on the left at the top of the mudroom stairs and the key is stowed on the shelf for the humidifier mounted in the wall of the laundry (door straight ahead when you crest the top of the stairs.

• There is a BBQ - wash grills in sink prior to cleaning the kitchen. Check propane level.

• There is a hot tub - flip breaker, rinse filter and replace, turn on breaker and run jets. If there is excessive foam, murkiness, potent smell, add shock and notify Brian - 250.898.7097
