Each of the 3 options below will take you to our online booking form but read on to find the best route there for your specific needs. We now have a payment gateway on the reservation system so the credit card you enter is the one that will be charged once your rental agreement has been signed. Please don’t remove inventory frivolously and see our tip below if you simply want a price quote.
We are often out in the field cleaning, repairing and inspecting the units we manage. Please allow 48 hours for processing. While we do our best to answer the phone every time it rings, try not to leave voicemail messages 250.871.8807 and instead follow up with an email info@conagetaways.com . Please know, we don’t always hear the phone ring with vacuums and equipment in operation but do have a few people monitoring emails periodically whereas only one of us has the phone. If it is urgent, please simply dial again - vacuums don’t run constantly so we will eventually pick up!!
Promotional offers
If you have been offered any promotional rate via email quote or phone and the prices you are shown here do not match, please note the discrepancy in the comments section of the form and state the name of the person you were dealing with. We will make any necessary adjustments before sending your confirmation. The same process is taken for e-transfer discounts which you can opt for in the booking options. These will not automatically populate by making the selection.
TIP: You can get a QUOTE by starting a reservation enquiry and on the last page before hitting submit, make selections for any booking options that cost money, the price will update to a total including all sales taxes and booking options. (Of course, it may get cheaper with discounts applied but at least you will know your maximum investment.) When you are ready to proceed with a booking, click submit.
If you know your exact dates and they are fixed
Use our booking widget to see all the properties we have available for your dates and number of people. It helps to know what units, by name, suit your group size.
TIP: If you are looking for a 3-night weekend booking it is always recommended that you try your search using Thursday night and again using Sunday night if you have flexibility.
TIP: Many of our properties are set up to allow fewer adults than the total number of people the property will hold to encourage families and avoid parties. A property will not show up as available if you are trying to book with more people or more adults than the property is set up for.
If your dates or unit are flexible
Book via our overall availability calendar. An ‘x’ means that the date has been booked. An ‘!’ means that there may be a specific requirement to book that date, for example, it is closed to arrivals and departures so you must not select that date as your check-in date or check-out date. If there is a minimum length of stay but there is not the availability to fulfill that, the reservation system should allow a shorter booking. Please let us know if it is not.
TIP: Select a start date in the top left of the calendar and then use the arrows on the top right to scroll through the calendar. Be patient - it takes time to load.
If you know the unit you want to book
Select the name of the unit from the menu at the top of this page under Vacation Rentals and click on the RESERVE button at the bottom of your preferred unit’s page. If your dates are flexible, we suggest you book through the RATES button on the unit’s page. There you can view the availability calendar similar to above but just for that unit.
